Linden Hills Cottage

This 1920’s home was completely transformed by a rear addition; in fact, everything you see in the photos is new. The homeowner was inspired by the home’s history as a summer house near Lake Calhoun, and the addition was designed to fit beautifully within its Linden Hills neighborhood. On the exterior, simple details, measured proportions, and traditional materials create instant charm. The homeowners’ Puerto Rican heritage inspired the vibrant and cheerful Caribbean color palette.
